Our Screening process has been approved by the Fair housing department. Based on a point system, it consists of 8 segments requiring proof of income, criminal record and civil records such as evictions. Credit report with a beacon rating and past due accounts other then medical and student loans. IF the applicant scores 9 or less , they pass, more than 9 they are denied.
